INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTATIONS

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Presentations are accepted only in English. You are kindly requested to upload your PowerPoint presentation at the latest 2 hours before the start of the session or the day before if the session is the first one of the following day - at the Audiovisual Console/Table located in the Auditorium (7^th floor) and in the Parallel Room (1^st floor).

Preview of the presentations will be available at the Audiovisual Console.

PowerPoint presentations should be in 16:9 ratio.

The use of personal laptop is not allowed.

VIDEO PRESENTATION

You are kindly requested to give your video to the technician at the Audiovisual Console in the room where your session is held at the latest 60 minutes before your presentation starts.
The use of personal Laptop is not allowed.

Videos’ length is 7 minutes in HD 16:9 ratio 1920*1080 in MP4 format.

Videos must include narration in English. Narration must use generic terms; no use of commercial/proprietary names is allowed.

ABSTRACTS PRESENTATIONS

Oral abstracts presentations will last 5 minutes. Each session will have time for a final discussion. For the preparation of the slides and the management of the presentation on site please refer to the paragraph: ORAL PRESENTATIONS.
